Governors - Make a Difference in Education

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, committed and dedicated Governors to join our board at St Michael’s CE Primary School.

This is a voluntary role offering the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team and make a real difference to the education of the pupils in our school.

Role overview:

• Provide strategic leadership
• Support and challenge senior leaders
• Ensure effective use of resources and strong governance

No previous experience is required, just a passion for education and a willingness to contribute your skills.

Time commitment:

Approximately 6–8 hours per month (term time only), including around 6 meetings per year.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. This role is subject to appropriate safeguarding checks.
